2. Product and price

The main characteristics, quantity and price of the product are shown on the product page and in the order summary at checkout. All prices include VAT. The total in the order summary is the amount you pay, including shipping. For products sold by quotation, the price is stated in the quotation sent to you.

3. Shipping

For orders under 5,000 TL the shipping fee is 250 TL (VAT included) and is shown separately in the order summary. Shipping is free for orders of 5,000 TL and above.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or by debit/credit card through PayTR. Card details are passed to the payment institution and are not stored on this site.

5. Delivery

Delivery time depends on the product and is confirmed with your order; it does not exceed the legal limit of 30 days. For made-to-order products the period is stated in the quotation.

6. Right of withdrawal

For standard products you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and without penalty. Details and exceptions are on the Return Conditions page.

7. Complaints and disputes

You can send complaints using the contact details above. Disputes fall under the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at your place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
