Distance Sales Contract

Buyer: The natural or legal person placing the order, whose details are in the order form

2. Subject of the contract

The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the product whose specifications and sales price are stated, which the BUYER orders electronically from the Seller's website, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product and manufacturing information

  • The specifications, technical features and prices of the products are stated on the product detail pages.
  • Machines are manufactured to order; for products other than the standard items held in stock, the delivery period is the one stated in the quotation.
  • Changes to dimensions, capacity and accessories are finalised at the order stage.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card. If a deposit is required, it is stated in the quotation. Manufacturing does not begin before the payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery time depends on the product and is confirmed with your order; it does not exceed the legal limit of 30 days.
  • For custom-made products the delivery period is the one stated in the quotation.
  • For devices requiring installation and training, delivery includes on-site installation and operator training.
  • Cargo damage is identified at the time of delivery and a report is drawn up.

6. Right of withdrawal

For standard products shipped from stock: you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be unused, with undamaged packaging and in a returnable condition.

For products manufactured specifically for you (machines made to order): in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal.

For health and hygiene products, returns are not accepted once the packaging has been opened. The return process is explained on the Return Conditions page.

7. Warranty

  • All products are delivered with a 12-month manufacturing and material warranty.
  • Software updates and technical support are free of charge within the warranty period.
  • Defective products are repaired or replaced within a maximum of 20 business days from the date they reach us.

8. Unauthorised use

The safety rules stated in the user manual of the delivered machines must be followed. Faults caused by installation carried out by others, or by use contrary to the rules, are outside the scope of the warranty.

9. Resolution of disputes

For disputes arising from the application of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence shall be authorised, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Entry into force

The contract enters into force from the moment the BUYER confirms the order.
