Cancellation and Return Conditions
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order that has not been shipped and whose production has not started by contacting us with your order number. Your payment will be refunded.
Right of withdrawal
For standard products you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Written notice to the contact details below within this period is sufficient.
Sending the product back
You return the product, with its invoice and accessories, within 10 days of your withdrawal notice. We will tell you which carrier to use; the return shipping cost is borne by the seller. The buyer is responsible for loss of value caused by use beyond normal handling.
Refund
The amount is refunded by the method you paid with, within 14 days of us receiving the notice. Card payments are refunded to the same card; the time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.
Products excluded from withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Machines and devices made to order according to your request or needs
- Products whose packaging was opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
Damaged or defective products
Have any shipping damage recorded in a report at delivery. Your rights under consumer legislation for defective goods are reserved.
